Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At Bearcub Outfitters, we want to make shipping as easy as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Within the domestic US, we offer $10 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders over $150.

For oversized items: Please contact the store for your options at 231-439-9500 or sales@bearcuboutfitters.com.  

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders in Petoskey. If you are in northern Michigan and need a product right away, please contact the store for your options.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store at 321 E. Lake Street, Petoskey, MI. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our shopping hours (check the website for the current hours). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not typically offer international shipping at this time. If you are interested in ordering an item for delivery to an international address, please contact the store and we will see what we can do to help you.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@bearcuboutfitters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

If you are reading our return policy, it’s because you bought something from us or are seriously thinking of making a purchase...for that, we thank you!  It is our goal to make shopping with Bearcub Outfitters an easy and pleasurable experience, and we are sorry your item(s) is not working out.  

 

We are able to make exchanges or refunds for all of our products (in store and online) except the following: 

  • Used items without defects 
  • Items without proper tags or original packaging 
  • Underwear 
  • Flammable Liquids  
  • Gift Cards 
  • Sale items 25% off or more 
  • Special Orders

In other words, these items are final sale, so enjoy them, donate them to a good cause, or re-gift them! 

IN-STORE RETURNS 

A refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

A return within 14 days of purchase; without the original receipt, can be exchanged for a value based on the most recent price, without consideration for original price.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you have second thoughts about your purchase, please call us to cancel your order before your item(s) has shipped.  We try to ship the same or next day, so please call right away.  

If your order has shipped, returns or exchanges need to be handled within 21 days from your purchase date.  

Just contact us by phone (231-439-9500)  or email (sales@bearcuboutfitters.com) and we will respond with instructions.  

  • Please have your order number, style number, and reason for returning or exchanging close by.  
  • You will be responsible for covering the cost for shipping your return and/or exchange.  
  • Feel free to come see us in person at our Petoskey store for a refund or exchange with no shipping cost to you...we'd love to see you!
