SHIPPING POLICY
At Bearcub Outfitters, we want to make shipping as easy as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Within the domestic US, we offer $12.50 flat rate shipping for normal sized items.
For oversized items: Please contact the store for your options at 231-439-9500 or sales@bearcuboutfitters.com.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store at 321 E. Lake Street, Petoskey, MI. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our shopping hours (check the website for the current hours). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not typically offer international shipping at this time. If you are interested in ordering an item for delivery to an international address, please contact the store and we will see what we can do to help you.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@bearcuboutfitters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
If you are reading our return policy, it’s because you bought something from us or are seriously thinking of making a purchase...for that, we thank you! It is our goal to make shopping with Bearcub Outfitters an easy and pleasurable experience, and we are sorry your item(s) is not working out.
We are able to make exchanges or refunds for all of our products (in store and online) except the following:
- Used items (without defects)
- Items without proper tags or original packaging
- Underwear
- Flammable Liquids
- Gift Cards
- Sale items 25% off or more
- Special Orders
In other words, these items are final sale, so enjoy them, donate them to a good cause, or re-gift them!
If you do need to make a return, we hope you can do it as quickly as possible so that someone else can enjoy the item, especially if it is seasonal. In the spirit of conservation of resources, we want to make sure that all of our products find a happy home.
IN-STORE RETURNS
If you purchased your items in the store, a refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
If you don't have a receipt, a return can be exchanged within 14 days for a value based on the recent pricing, without consideration for original price. Of course, if you don't have a receipt, it is hard to know when the item was purchased, but we can review our database to ensure the item is current to the season. It's hard for us to sell returned items once the season is passed.
ONLINE RETURNS
If you have second thoughts about your online purchase, please try to call us to cancel your order before your item(s) has shipped. We ship the same or next day, so please call right away.
If your order has shipped, returns or exchanges need to be handled within 21 days from your purchase date.
Just contact us by phone (231-439-9500) or email (sales@bearcuboutfitters.com) and we will respond with instructions.

- We are happy to provide FREE return shipping and FREE exchanges.
