At Bearcub Outfitters, we want to make shipping as easy as possible. Within the domestic US, we offer $12.50 flat rate shipping for normal sized packages. Call the store at 231-439-9500 for information on oversized deliveries. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). You will receive a notification as soon as your order ships.
Please note that all items that are on sale for 25% off or more are final sale and are not eligible for exhanges or returns.
You are welcome to purchase any of our items online and pick up in the store - we will have it ready to go for you! We are happy to run it out to your car if you give us a call at 231-439-9500 when you are outside.

Returns are no problem! We know it is scary to buy online. So return shipping is FREE! Please contact us at 231-439-9500 or sales@bearcuboutfitters.com in the first 21 days and provide us with your order number, name, and email.
If you do need to make a return, we hope you can do it as quickly as possible so that someone else can enjoy the item, especially if it is seasonal. In the spirit of conservation of resources, we want to make sure that all of our products find a happy home.
