At Bearcub Outfitters, we want to make shipping as easy as possible. Within the domestic US, we offer $10 flat rate shipping and FREE shipping for orders over $150. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

You are welcome to purchase any of our items online and pick up in the store - we will have it ready to go for you!  We are happy to run it out to your car if you give us a call at 231-439-9500 when you are outside.  We also offer free local delivery in Petoskey.

Returns and exchanges are no problem within 21 days of your purchase.  Please contact us at 231-439-9500 or sales@bearcuboutfitters.com and provide us with your order number, name, and email.  Return and exchange shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
